Morton Dorothy

Morton Dorothy is an environmental lawyer in downstate Illinois who assists people with business organizations, tax matters, and bankruptcy. He is a former hearing officer for the Illinois Pollution Control Board, and he wrote the regulations for Illinois's Hazardous Waste program, Safe Drinking Water Act, Underground Storage Tank program, and Industrial Sewage Pre-Treatment program. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois law school.
