The course will look at the advantages and limitations of arbitration, and will discuss how lawyers can customize the arbitration process to meet the needs of their clients. This course is intended for lawyers who want to serve as arbitrators and who represent clients in arbitration, as well as for lawyers who write and review contracts and want to know whether to include arbitration clauses in those contracts, and what should be in those arbitration clauses.
