Persuasion Through Storytelling

Course overview: Arif Choudhury, a professional storyteller who has entranced and delighted audiences around the world, will show how to use the performers' craft to persuade people. The course will explore persuasive speech in trials, negotiations, and conversations with clients, and will provide attorneys with skills that go beyond what most lawyers learned in law school. Cultural differences in verbal communications will also be examined and illustrated.
