Among the topics that will be covered are religious displays, public fora, adult entertainment uses, and the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act of 2000. The course will analyze United States Supreme Court cases and the fact patterns of zoning and land use cases from jurisdictions throughout the country. The course is geared toward practitioners that serve or represent public entities as well as those who have a general interest in constitutional law.
