Examinations Under Oath

Course overview: Rick L. Hammond concentrates his practice on matters relating to property insurance coverage, arson and fraud, and bad faith litigation. He will explain what an examination under oath (EUO) is and how it is used in first-party insurance claims investigation. EUOs will be compared to depositions and attorneys will learn what their role is both in conducting an EUO and in advising a client who is required to undergo an EUO.
