Hospitality Contracts

Course overview: Attorney Nathan J. Breen will discuss contracts for conventions, trade shows, and other meetings that are encountered by businesses of all types. He will tell attorneys what provisions to watch out for in what appear to be standard contracts and what attorneys can do to protect their clients when they are reviewing and negotiating these contracts. The course will also look at how contracting parties can preserve their relationship when unexpected occurrences arise.
