You should view the courses you want credit for before you register for the courses. Your registration includes your certification that you have viewed the course(s). Once you have registered and paid for the course, your name will be included in the records we keep under the Rules of the MCLE Board of people who have taken a course, so we cannot refund any amounts paid for courses.
If you have any difficulty viewing a course, please first consult your IT professional. That person is the one who is most familiar with your system and who is most likely to be able to help you.
The most common problem you are likely to encounter is trying to view the course on a computer that does not have audio-video hardware. This is rarely a problem on home computers, but some law firm and corporate computers do not have the required hardware.
The second most common problem is trying to view the course on a computer that does not have multimedia software loaded. The required software is available for download free at http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/ If you continue to have problems please email our technical staff at firstname.lastname@example.org
